Thanks for the posting Becca! I've never had to officiate a meet where we had enough vaulters to run 5-Alive so I've never never personally run it, nor have I fully understood how the orders went during competition. This is very clear and easy to understand!

They ran this format at Disney's Track and Field Showcase, but most of us never quite figured out what was going on (especially those of us who were still new to the sport). This format looks like it could really play havoc with a jumper who was pulled away for another event.
