There's this really awesome site that Ash runs, http://www.polevaultpit.com/ where you can find all the latest news on what's going on in the pole vaulting world. The coolest thing about this website that no one knows, is that everyone can participate!

Anyone can post articles to the site. Ash tries to look for articles online, but he has a real job, and is working on getting married and all, so he doesn't always have time to look.

So next time you see an article online about pole vaulting, take the time to post it on PoleVaultPit so we all can see!

I actually found that site before I came here. I still drop in every once in a while though! It has some great info! Everyone should check it out!
