OK it is fixed! Thanks Nick (who is not reading this, but whatever) O:-)

Remember your avatars must be 100x100 pixels or less and less than 20k. And yeah there are one or two out there that are bigger... dunno how they got through :P

You have to have a JPG or GIF file that is 100 by 100 pixels or less, and less than 20k in file size. What error message are you getting?

First crop it so that you have as little unnecessary background as possible. Then reduce the size to 100 x 100 pixels or less. Then make it a JPEG and you should be fine.

How do you do all this? Find a graphics editing program. Most computers have something that will do it... software that comes with a scanner or digital camera will do it. Shoot I am sure there are shareware programs that will as well...
