Time Zones

OK I don't know why the time zone things have to be such a pain in the butt... If you live on the east coast set your time zone to GMT -4 hours. If you live on the west coast set it to GMT -7 hours. That should take care of it for most of you, let me know if you have problems.

If you live in Indianapolis you have it easy... they don't observe daylights savings, so they never have to change the clocks.

same with Arizona. I guess us and indianapolis are the only normal ones.
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them-a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. - Muhammad Ali

Talent in cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.

yes, but could you party for an extra hour last saturday night and still get the same amount of sleep you would have without the time change and going to bed sooner?
