Here is a video I found recently. I spent a hard time to put english subtitles for you in order anyone here can enjoy it better (hope you'll do !).
It's funny, since Renaud Lavillenie has beaten the WR a week ago, how history comes back into our face like a boomrang.

Now the context...
We were January 28,1994 at Clermont-Ferrand (in France, the current place where Lavillenie trains now). Philippe d'Encausse (the current coach of Lavillenie) invited international and local pole vaulters for a unique event, entirely devoted to pole vault. He imitated what Bubka did since 1990 at Donetsk. His best achievement for this event : to make the 6,15 m recorder Bubka to come. But a lot of others top vaulters were here too.

In this video, you will see, in order of appearance :
Sergei Bubka
Caroline Hamel (former women french record holder)
Karen Rieger (former women european record holder)
Philippe d'Encausse
Philippe Collet (former french indoor record holder with 5,94 m, from 1990 to 1999)
Jean-Marc Tailhardat (a good local pole vaulter)
Jean Galfione (U23 at this moment, future olympic champion and french record holder with 6,00 m)
Vassili Bubka
Kory Tarpenning (briefly)
Igor Potapovitch (briefly too)
All that icluding interviews of Collet and d'Encausse, some words of Bubka, a 6,00 m vault passed and Bubka vaulting 6,16 m.

Enjoy !
