The book written by Bruce Caldwell in 1972 that talks about bending the pole with the swing rather than the take-off
main topic from PETROV who was 13 in 1972!
And an article on taking off 3-5 inches out tagged today as the FREE take off!
The book is worth reading and today still up to date!
