Off the top of my head...
Sergei and Vasily Bubka 6.15 + 5.86 = 12.01m
Khalid and Taoufik Lachheb 5.80 + 5.73 = 11.53m
Brad and Brit Pursley 5.75 + 5.75 = 11.50m (i assume you knew that)
Dmitriy and Artem Kuptsov 5.76 + 5.70 = 11.46m
Richard and Christian Speigelburg 5.85 + 5.51 = 11.26m

Ruslan Gataulin is better known as an international long jump competitor.
Rodion one of the all time greats of pole vault. Both very exceptional athletes.
Perhaps it would be interesting to add the pr's of twins who pole vault!

The Lachheb brothers were twins. Not sure if the Speigelburg brothers were twins. If not, they were only 1 year apart.

He was one of my favorite vaulters when I first started vaulting in 7th grade. They showed a couple of his jumps on the '87(?) WC broadcast. He was a big guy.

How about the duo of Armand "Mondo" Duplantis and Greg Duplantis. Not that high with a combining 7'8" with 19'1/4" but just give it about 10-15 years and i think we might see a great father son combo.

Khalid and Taoufik Lachheb both studied at Polytechnique, which means nothing outside France, see it as going to Harvard or MIT or...
