These energy drinks will pump you up but crash you right afterwords. IDK about you guys, but i get enough adrenaline from a meet without an energy drink. I just keep my glucose levels up during a meet and leave the rest up to me :P.

Although, my friends an i have made energy drink margaritas for those long nights playing halo or NCAA on Xbox... and its a ton of fun!!

How do you keep your glucose levels up?
Hopefully not with sugars?

just because it has green tea does not make it healthy.

You can't go wrong with Jackie Chan. He would never hurt anybody....unless they are attempting to take over the world.

this may seem a bit off topic at first, but it's essential:

so i was sitting in chemistry one day when the kid behind me shouts to my teacher about how he was going to stay awake *he has a reputation for sleeping* in class that day because he had a monster.
my teacher just looked at him and basically gaged. we asked him what the look was for, and well, here's why:
*we looked it up online to double check*
red bull and monster contain this 'essential amino acid' called Taurine.
anyone besides me know what that is and where it is found? cause the human body doesn't make it naturally.

it's found in bull business *chips* and sperm. oh joy! now aren't u glad u drink that?

and as to end with what was shouted out from the back of the class after this little lecture:

then why do they call it 'monster'?

<3
Do just once what others say u can't do, and u will never pay attention to their limitations again.
