Ok, I just wanted to get my pictures out there, but I do want some help with my vault too. I finally started trying to stay with the pole for longer, but I'm still looking at the bar. I also can't get my shoulders to drop. Well, here's the pics.

hmm, does it feel like everytime you try to drop your shoulders, you just come out of your inversion and shoot straight forward? This is because you are swinging your feet to vertical, but you actually need to swing them farther than that, so that when you drop your shoulders you stay vertical. Practice a ton of pop ups, and swing like you are doing a back flip, and try to have your legs pointing beyond vertical, toward the run way, and land on your shoulders in the pit. It should feel like you are going to land on your head, but you will be fine, and just remember thats how far back you need to swing during your jump. Also if you can do bubkas, they will help a ton.
The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph

try putting the bungee up higher and kicking up for it. Keep moving it up until you can't touch it, and work on it at that height until you get it.

Also, you plant looks like it needs some work, get that front arm out and get on some bigger poles!

Review your practice 001 video. Stop the video just as your ankles touch the bungee. Your left elbow is outside the pole. Left elbow must be inside for the shoulders to drop.

The first "this one too" picture may reveal where the problem starts to show itself. The camera is not in line with the runway so my interpretation may be wrong, but it apperrs you are swinging from your left (lower) hand.
Your left hand moves down the center of the runway while your top hand moves out to the right (left in the photo). Your top hand should be moving down the center of the runway as you swing around it.

It is impossible for you to swing up and cover (or tuck and shoot from under) a top hand that is not in the center of the runway.

I am of the opinion that the problem originates in the plant and may be related to how your left hand is oriented at take off. I can not see from the vid or stills.
