19 young vaulters -> coach the coach!

Hi fellow Pole vault enthusiasts!
A while ago, I posted some videos of one of my athletes and they were thouroughly discussed under viewtopic.php?f=39&t=51322
I have a different question now. I have 19 young pole vaulters( age 10 - 17) who train under my supervision. One of my biggest fears is making the same mistakes with all of them. That is why I decided to just bomb you guys with all of the competition video's of the winter season. Any advice, ideas, suggestions, things you notice, questions are VERRY appreciated!
