There is always room for improvement! She has high goals and aspirations and wants to learn as much as possible to get her as far as possible.

Nice vaulting by both Belle and Noelle!

I don't think there's much point in giving you any technical advice via PVP. They're obviously already well-coached (push-plant and all), so outside technical advice would be inappropriate IMHO.

At their age and PR level, encouragement, fun, and *immediate* feedback are so much more important than "technical analysis".

Good luck to both Belle and Noelle! And to you as their parent. This is hopefully a good start at a very enjoyment family journey!

I agree with Kirk, they are doing great, and I'm happy to see that they are both getting coaching.

I just want to give you one thing I observed in both videos that they should work on, and I'm sure their coach is already telling them this - they need to get their hands up sooner. Both need to have their hands up as high as they can before the takeoff foot hits the ground. Waiting until the pole is in the box to raise the hands is too late, and that is what it looks like is happening now.

Once that is mastered, then focus on jumping up off the takeoff foot (with the hands high). Right now, with a low plant (hands not all the way up when the pole hits the back of the box), there is no way the vaulter can jump up effectively.

If they can get both of those accomplished consistently, then focus on "kicking the box" with a long straight trail leg (takeoff foot). That will set them up to swing well.

Good luck, and continue having fun!!
