I can't see your pole carry, run, plant, or takeoff, so I can't review your vault.

Take some better video, and you'll get some better feedback here on PVP.

What I can see is that you can't invert because you are not swinging. At the instant just before your takeoff foot leaves the ground, you are in a decent position. Not perfect, but good for now. After that, you pull your trail leg into a 90 degree bend, and then you try to roll inverted while tucked up in a ball. The problem is, you don't have the momentum to swing upside down because of what you did with your trail leg immediately after your foot left the ground.

What you need to do is learn how to swing properly. It is best done by trying to "kick the box" with your takeoff foot, then staying long while swinging your foot to the top of the pole. If you have access to a highbar or a set of rings, either are a great tool to practice swinging.

This video has a great example of how to use your trail leg to initiate the swing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AD9ARW1i7HI

There are a couple of good examples of the long trail leg swing on a highbar in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSAfM-tOr0A
