top end need alot of help

top end need alot of help

im need quite alot of help with my top end. im 6' 150 and i was jumping on a 13' 190 holding 12'6" jumping an bungee at 12' with standards at 80cm

1. Narrow your grip
2. Never try to throw your had back
3. Practice your plant motion. Your plant comes around behind your body, preventing you from being able to create the space to swing.
4. The big one - Do not pull or row your hands down while you swing. This is what's killing your swing and pole rotation. Practice keeping the hands up and swinging dep into the pit.
