Bubka drill

not on the best high bar but its what i have quick access to

ill try to get some videos of my vaults up soon i just need to get to practice

Start with your head up in a neutral position. Don't throw your head back when you stat to swing. Watch the whole thing.

Overall not bad. Keep practicing.

Keep the left leg straight throughout.
