Heights are in the first video, which is at Nationals.

Second Video is conference; skip to 3:14 for my vaults.

All vaults were 7-lefts, from 87'3" (Conference) to 88' (Nationals)
Poles: 15'160 all of Conference, 15' 155 for the first two jumps at Nationals, then 15' 160 for the rest.
Grips: at Conference, 14'. at Nationals, 14'3".
You're only as good as you allow yourself to be.

Your pole tip still falls too low. If it drops below eye level you will decelerate when you plant.

And if you would press up with the left as you swing, you could be holding 6" higher.
