Poor run, needs advice.

Hey guys,
This is a jump from last year. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5W99BpihJC4) I know its not a great jump, but thats ok, because I'm really interested in my run. When I watch the video it looks like my body is really low, and I'm not very knowledgeable about sprint technique, so I don't know how to get a taller run. Please don't tear into the rest of the jump, because its not a good representation of how I normally jump (and I don't want to read 13 posts that say I'm inside 2 feet, bend the trail leg, my hips get sucked under, and I'm looking at the bar).

But in case you are wondering.

7 lefts
Bar is 14'9"
Pole is a 16' 170
Grip is 14'7"
and I am 6' 170lbs

From what I can tell from the graininess:

It seems like you run pretty 'mechanically'. You should be running more 'fluidly'. Does that sort of make sense? I'd explain each term, but I think you get it. The key to running fluidly is relaxing during your run.

Your knees never get very high.

Are you familiar with 'ostriches' and 'claws'? They should become your best friends...

When your knees dont get very high it will make your stride longer but less powerful and getting your knees higher in the run will help get you taller
