Heres a video from practice yesterday before I leave for Arizona for a couple of meets. The bars at 13'6 and the standards are as far back as they go which I'm guessing would be 35ish. Im on a 14'6 165 Pacer Carbon gripping about 13'10 from 6 lefts. I see that im inside by prolly about 1' - 1'6 but I didnt want to move out because that was the biggest pole I had with me that day and I knew I would blow through it completely if I did. I don't think I really needed to move out anyway only snap the last step down earlier. Thanks in advance.

You're quite a bit under - if you pause the video at your plant look at how much the pole is bending before you leave the ground.

I agree you are under. You manage to keep your hands in a great spot while you swing though. If you can get comfortable with leaving the ground a split second before the pole hits the back of the box, your jump will fix itself and you will inverted a lot easier. Just remember that when you are learning to move your step back and leave farther back, that you still need to keep your hands high. Dont push them in the box to feel that pressure like you are used to. There are a lot of links in the training forum for how to learn the free take off correctly. You cant just go from a long run and fix it automatically. Check it out if you have time!
