Only the first vault of the day, after the burn is gone from tearing the muscle and everything is stretched out I'm good to go 15"-28" under :P :dazed:

P.S. I'm not proud of this ability....although it is funny sometimes when I check my step and cann't reach where I took off from hearing the comments from the other vaulters.
