On a hot one...

A-steezy here, recently awaken from a long winter slumber.

It's easy to concentrate on what might go wrong in the vault, I believe it's important always assume you are right and allow the body to perform its functions uninhibited. I recently stumbled upon this video which brought this lesson to mind. Here's a little hot hot love for the wildman in the video showing us what pole-vaulting is all about.

Woah, AS4L! Nice find! I can't help but notice the neo-russian influence that is similar throughout the video. I bet Gataullin and Tradenkov could have put 5.80m jumps through flaming hoops back in their day. Maybe it was even part of their actual training!
