Help with bottom arm and rowing through

Unread postby kitttty5968 » Fri Jul 03, 2015 10:50 am

So I've been vaulting for 3 years and I recently went to a camp and found out what my problem areas are. I collapse my left arm immediately and I have a slight pulling problem. I can do drills easily to fix these but when I try to vault I immediately go back to old habits. I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on keeping my left arm from collapsing right away. Also help for rowing through and not pulling.
Thank you!!
