Bigger Poles

Unread postby nathanmoraghan » Tue May 20, 2014 12:43 pm

I've been vaulting on a 13' 140 gill skypole and i only weigh 126. Only recently I am blowing completely through the pole and getting a foot lower than i usually do. My standards are at 31.5 and I'm still hitting it on the way up. My school doesn't have a lot of poles my size so I'm moving up to a 14' 155 spirit. What do you recommend to make this transition easier? Tips?

That's a really big jump in poles. How many steps are you running from on the 13' pole?
