I am on a 12'7 145 pole. The bar is at 10. PR is 10'06, but I feel like I can do ALOT better. I just can't get my hips up completely and get inverted. Can anyone help me on my form especially on how to get fully inverted. This is a video of my latest jump.

You are blocking with your bottom arm. By fully extending your bottom arm off of the ground, you can't swing to inversion. The bottom arm should act like a shock absorber and then extend above your head like hanging on a high bar.

Whatever else you do you must get access to a high bar and learn to use a whip swing so that your left leg is straight and moving fast when it reaches the chord of the pole. This will put energy into the system that will BEGIN to enable you to move the hips higher. Take a look at your left leg now -flexed at the knee almost immediately after take off. A NONO.

So what should my bottom arm look like and what should I do with it? Where should it be?
