As a high school vaulter, what will using chalk do for my jump? What will it help?

Hey Kevin. Chalk is a great thing. The great thing about it is that it's a drying agent and it substantially improves your grip. Even a bit of sweat on your hand when your vaulting can really affect your grip strength. Hope this Helps.
Your only as good as your last jump.
