Grand Valley State 300m Track

The track was open in August and will host it's first track meet next week December 12th. The track is the largest indoor track in the state as well as the newest. Beach Vault guru's Kevin Patterson and Dave Emeott build a wood raised Pole Vault runway that will sit on the turf. We practiced on the runway last week and it is fast! Grand Valley will be hosting eight home college meets as well as four high school MITS meets. There should be good Vaulters jumping each weekend if you want to come out and watch.
