Another PR for Ryan Santa today. Livonia City meet 5-2-05. He cleared 15' 1 1/2", 4.61m for you metric vaulters.

Yeah River Rat should be good, of course only if the 11 foot dip in the runway doesn't interfere with our runs.

Haha looks like were all jumping from 30' then... Actually I got so sick of that I moved the pits to our other runway, screwed the long jumpers (used to be their runway) but eh who cares ;)

Ya, I was told that the Box was fixed this year, the lip in front is what i'm talking about. Did you move the pit to the other runway or just take it down to the other end of the same runway?

No the box wasnt fixed, they just put a rubber mat over the lip, which actually made the whole thing even worse.. We moved it to the other runway, so there is no more lip on the box or dip in the runway

Outstanding!!! I wasn't going to allow the vaulters from Churchill to jump if that wasn't taken care of too. Thanks again.

Oh ya, I seem to remember that the box on the other end had some plant life growing out of it. How does it look now?

I took care of that, box is all cleaned up. everything looks GREAT now. I must say, I actually enjoy vaulting at my school for the first time in 4 years.
