Does the NCAA allow their athletes and member schools to offically compete at the PV Summit?

If not, can they compete unattached?
The older I get, The better I was.

Yes, but it doesn't count for NCAA qualifying. The NCAA doesn't care if athletes compete unattached there, some coaches might though.
