dec.

anyone got ne tips.. im doing a decathalon this weekedn
i havnt ever done like half of the events that r in it.. and i dont really kno y i signed up haha.. but ya..
any tips?/advise? for either a specific event, or the whole thing.
any and all help would be greatly appreciated

100 got like 13 something. bad start. last....
jumped 16 11 in lj 2nd to last..
threw 6 soem me ters.. i think thats like 22 23?2nd to last...
hj 5' last.
400 hahah 61.. last did horrible in the 400

im 16..
haha ben.. i wish there was.. but wouldnt they make it harder for me.. cause u kno.. asians can fly and walk on water adn float across trees adn stuff u kno lol..

wow i hope i do better tomorrow.. im prety sure pv will bring me up.. and everyone else down hahaah.. im soo outa shape though.. so th e1500 isnt as helpful to me as it should be..

21 in 110 hurdles... forget disc i think liek 16 someting meters. pv 11 only.. jav 24.9 meters. 1500 5:08 haha.. me and my friend were messin around the whole race.. like we kept slappin each other in the arm sayin fagot.. heh this old udde like 40 some now in xc races theyed run next to a kid adn keep doing that. finsihed with like 3400 some points how very sad haha
i was 3 stepping hurdles.. the first 2 haha. than i was 5 stepping but i had to stutter cause it was too short and i dont kno how to lead with my right foot
in pv.. omg the officials didnt kno anything.. they were askin me how to do everything and i pretty much ran that heh..

Yeah, def. it takes guts to do a dec. that's funny the officials didn't know how to run it though. during track season i had to officiate for the guys a couple of times, and the blanchet coach tried to tell me what to do and i pretty much tol;d him i was going to do it my way so that vaulters weren't jumping back to back. :P
