I'm not sure how many people know about this yet but http://www.stabartisten.de/ is a branch off of stabhochsprung and has sections on training as well as many quicktime videos on gymnastic type drills to use. Specificly http://www.stabartisten.de/AlphabetischeListe.html. Hope some of you find this helpful :) .

the videos are self explanatory but it seems more people are interested in a fictional computer game of pole vaulting then actually training to pole vault

Probably because its the first pole vault game on the internet. (unless there are others). Why is it so wrong to want to play a game that promotes the pole vault? By the way, the germans made the videogame and they made that website u suggested. I dont think they mind if their vaulters enjoy themselves a bit after theyre done training.
