Out of those people, how many of them were under 6 feet at their ages? I was just wondering

NOTE: last person to hold this world record, Istvan Bagula who vaulted 5.50 before he turned 18 also came to america to pole vault in college and before LoJo jumped the (previous) american record and the current collegiate record of 19'7 and some. Istvan Bagula had the collegiate record with 19'5" from George Mason college in 1991. i had not known this until now, also I found out that The university of houston's old track stadium record is 19'2.75" by Bill Payne from baylor. The Tom tellez track record is 5.60m, Brian Hunter and the indoor is 5.69m, Jacob Davis.
Maybe this chiarviglio is the real deal.
