COMPLETE MADNESS SPORTS - PRESS RELEASE

Sheffield, England & Houston, Texas - January 26 2004.

Following on from his fantastic new personal best last weekend World
Class Performance funded athlete, Keith Higham, from Cumbria broke
his personal best again at a specially organised competition held
held this weekend in Sheffield, England.

After achieving the IAAF 'A' standard for the World Juniors last
weekend Keith followed this up with the United Kingdom 'A' standard
set at 5.15m this weekend.

Keith becomes the first fully qualified athlete from the UK and he
can now concentrate on staying fit and getting into shape to
challenge for a medal at the World Junior Championships to be held
in Grossetto, Italy in July.

"I am really starting to get used to my ESSX poles now, and as I get
more confident on using the poles so the results are coming.", said
Keith, after the competition.

Keith will next compete at the UK Championships on February 7th, to
be held in the same arena where Keith has set two personal bests in
as many weeks.
