Jeremy's poles never showed up. He said the biggest pole anyone else brougt was a 5.0m 15.2 spirit, which he promptly blew through from 4 lefts. As of yesterday he was in Frankfurt still looking for his poles.

In field events Russian Nikolay Lavrinenko won the men's Pole Vault at 5.52, a career best, while Italian Elena Scarpellini won the women's title at 4.35, equalling the Italian indoor record of Anna Giordano Bruno.
