Top PV clubs in England

I'm 19 and looking to transfer to a University in England next semester. The BIG problem is trying to find good pole vault coaches, clubs, or places that have a large stock of poles. I have to exclude the top pole vault schools (Loughborough, Bath, Brunel, UWIC, Birmingham) because they don't have my intended major... 
. With my list of PR's in other events besides pole vault coaches want me because I would be valuable for the UK University Championships, BUSA. I want to be able to represent a Uni at BUSA, but so many seem to not have coaches, poles, facilities, etc.
If you know anything I would really like the help!!
