I think the host country (Germany) might be guaranteed an entry in every event? I could be wrong.

Heard thru grapeview Jenn was back in the states resumed short run training - more getting ready for next year - plus top seven in points are auto - 8th is wildcard - since one German was already in - they may have heard she was not interested or there may be politics or who knows - Anna Rogowska was in top seven so assume she did not choose to compete - that moved Tatyana Polnova in - as 7 - Jenn would have been 8th - Carolin was next after Jenn

huhu.. i missed the bit when they were talking about it. just heard the last bit they said disappointing. and she dont wanna risk any injury.. plus the conditions are not set for a WR ..

I think Jenn had already decided to pass on the WAF when she came home before Brussels last week. I think she probably would've qualified if she'd wanted to.

I read on the IAAF website that Isinbayeva has gotten ill with with fever at the beginning of the week and still felt weak. I guess she still isn't feeling well.
