hi guys i found this site by the off chance while looking for some new spikes. seems like a very well informed bunch of peeps. hows it going hope you all trainng hard for the coming year. iam hopeing to push out a good 5:50-5:60 next summer here in england.

You have joined at a time when this site is rather slow. But don't let that discourage you. It is very active much of the time. You'll just have to check back periodically. It is very convenient to use the feature "View posts since last visit" which is available from the Forum Index page, just under the words "Ads by Google".
