yet again, i'm rooting for nick...him being a local vaulter, i think it's awesome that he's finally back from his injury and doing really well...i'm really happy for him..

Thats a big jump for Averbuch. He's been very consistent over 5.80 but i believe that is a new PR for him. I think he's one of the best athletes in the sport right now and I see the kid doing very big things in the future. 6 meters is a very real possibility for him.
