New Records at Sports Festival
Choi Yun-hee set a new Korean record, clearing 4.10 meters on Saturday in the pole vault of the Korean National Sports festival at Kimchon, North Kyongsang Province.
In her first trial, the 21-year-old vaulted the height to better her record by 0.05 meter but failed at 4.20 meters. The world record is 5.01 by Russia’s Yelena Isinbayeva.
