How many days of vaulting a week?

How many days of vaulting a week?

how many days do you usually vault a week,
not drills or runs, but actual vaulting
Former distance runner learning how to coach pole vault

2 days of practice durring the week then a meet or a practice on the weekend

We have vaulting practice tuesday and thursday for abour 2 hours each.

indoor, never, even though we have pits and standards. outdoor, more often.

indoor, tuesdays and thursdays when we can, outdoor, basically every day except for the day before a meet. I go on a distance run those days. Usually we warmup with the sprinters, then they go to the blocks and we go to tha pit to do drills and vault.

Vault 2 days a week during a normal week with a meet on the weekend. Indoors we only vault on Saturday mornings, although we would do more if we had the facilities.

for indoors we prac on tues and thurs nite from 6-8 and we have meet on saturdays but only alloud 1 person per team in each event so only one of us gets to jump.
i run, therefore im buff.

since im in hs and pole vaulting is the only event i do, everyday. monday and tuesday we have practice. wednesday is a light day. thursday we have our meet. and friday i try to clear the height i couldnt get the day before.

Indoor- never.
Outdoor- Our coach is always there so whenever I want, which is basically every day.
