Hello im a 4.65 (15'3) jumper and i could use some help. I just finished my outdoor season about a week and a half ago and i am now on break. im planning on slowly starting back up again in about another week and a half. When i say starting back up again i dont mean jumping just yet more like physical training. But the thing is i am unsure what exactly i should be doing and how much of it.(weights, running etc...) My first meet of the indoor season should be around mid december. Any advice would be great thanks!
