I've started training for pole vaulting, and lots of people have said that if I get high bars and do drills on them, it'll help a lot with training. Does anyone know where I could get a high bars or how I could make them? I don't have like $300 to spend on them, so I can't buy like a gymnast high bar, but I would like to find one to train with that's cheap.

You can make them for under a hundred dollars by buying supplies from Home Depot. PM me for more info.

Oh good, so it looks like you have the high bar you need to try the Jump to the Split drill in your backyard, eh Powerplant42?

You got me...
Although, sadly, I don't even really have any space to build one...

That's my progress's major limiting factor right now...
