and i can finally do my favoriteee lift again
http://filebox.vt.edu/users/bmondsch/P1030876.MOV
for those who dont do it, cleaning is a great lift for developing explosive power, if taught to do the lift correctly
ive also begun doing some light squating, dead lifts, and continued the rehab. im still struggling with balance between my 2 legs. its making me run a little off. but its coming
run training is going okay. did some sprinting for a while, but after missing the national meet ive backed it down a little to focus on technique of running tall with my hips open, and doing some light pole runs working on plant timing. hopefully in a few weeks ill have some bigger marks to share
anyway, i had just had a bunch of emails and questions about my workouts since my 'scope. so i thought id share
