Training a hurt vaulter (without letting it hurt)

I have a female vaulter of mine who may have strained a muscle in the upper area in her top arm and its been bothering her when she jumps , so I've given her some time off to rest it. She tweaked it again the other day and while she isn't jumping I'd still like her to get some practice in to help her cover the pole/finish her swing. That's her biggest problem right now.
What drills could I have her work on to help her cover the pole better but not put any strain on the hurt muscle? thanks in advance.
