So this is only my second time ever lifting snatch. I’m an 18 year old pole vaulter, football player and power lifter. I’m going to college next year to pole vault. I know that the college program will be centered around Olympic lifts so I’ve started working on them. Just wanted some critiques on my form and advice on how to prepare myself for the lifts.
