New Video Section - Skills and Drills

I have a new video section dedicated to showing how to do various skills and drills that help build the strength required to pole vault higher.

Please send me feedback! I need more coaching cues, how to spot things, alternate ways of doing the drill, etc.

wow you guys are pretty strong.
i guess an alternate way of doing bubkas, or possibly just a seperate drill, is something my coach calls a pull over. its basicaly a bubka except you keep going and rotate around the bar after inverting. you wind up in the same posistion as a finsihed muscle up. i dont really know how to describe it but i tried.

Hey Becca, you might want to update the page below (see URL) so it has a link on it to these drills.

I tried to find the drills working my way through home>media>video, but couldn't find it. I had to do a search to find this which provided the link.

Bill had tolearn and train for these drills with us when he was in high school and Clackamas CC..Required stuff here at my place.
