The University of Texas Review of Sports & Entertainment Law has agreed to publish my article entitled "Safety, Legal Liability, & the Pole Vault" in its upcoming volume (tentatively slated for publication by the end of May).

As soon as it is published, I'll try to let everyone know how to access it on the internet. It will be published in "hard copy" form too. If you want me to send you a printed version ("hard copy"), send me your name and address asap so that I can order a sufficient number of reprints.
