Running technigue and Groundwork DVD

Well it looks like the Groundwork DVD information has made the mainstream after watching the Pole Vault Summit. Many coaches are now using the activities within their warmups. Actually got a few compliments on it while at the Summit. I have decided to produce the next in line and that would be "Approach,Carry and Plant". Thinking about a much more detailed and informative production. Anyone interested? Probably cost me $30 each to produce it.

I've long admired how well your athletes as a group run with poles.
