Unread postby KentVango » Fri Apr 04, 2003 8:01 pm

I am stuck because my school has very little funds for alot of poles so we work with what we got...heres the thing..I have a 15'6 160 pole and i am hold about 10 ft on the pole...now where I am having trouble is I need to move up the pole so I can bend it but When I do my run up holding about 10'6 I am getting in the air and a small bend but I am having problems going verticle in even a drill and I need to get verticle before I can move up the pole......I am not sure what to do.......My coach helps be but I would love some different input.....

unless you wiegh alot the pole shouldnt really bend at all where you are gripping unless you wiegh aolt because the pole is a 210 pole at that point.
