Concentrating on the vault

Unread postby Billymc1997 » Fri Mar 22, 2013 10:31 am

When getting in position to vault in meets, i can't seem to figure out what to concentrate on, and also I don't know how to zone in on the vault. Any help to help me concentrate on this will help.

if i think about anything when going down the runway i think about my plant because with out it the rest of the vault is useless. just think get your arms above your head and when waiting for your turn it is always a good idea to think about everything you need to do in your head just dont think about to many different things on the run way at the same time . im not a pro but thats my 2 cents
