bottom arm push?

Unread postby dheldr01 » Fri May 20, 2011 6:39 pm

Is there ever...for any reason...and acceptable purpose to push with the bottom arm?? In training drills or competition or anything ever?

I am against teaching any form of pushing with the bottom arm. I may be wrong so please be nice with my lack of knowledge while convincing me the correct use of the bottom arm.

Both arms are pushed up at take off. Never push bottom arm in towards back of pit.
