Northern Colorado Pole Vault Camp is on again in 2008!December 27-28-29th! Only $135 for all three days.

Pat Manson and John Carmony are coaches. Indoors at CSU fieldhouse. Bring your own poles if you can, but many poles will be there as well. Get a jumpstart on indoor season and be ready for RENO (if you are going). All inclusive elite immersion camp available for out of staters!

Indoors! Colorado! Great coaching! Poles on site! Be ready for 2008! Have fun! Most of our state meet placers do this camp!

Pat Manson Pole Vault Camps
NORTHERN COLORADO POLE VAULT CAMP!!
December 27th, 28th, 29th (mini meet), 2007
Three day camp - $135 – 20 camper limit

Optional 2nd session upgrade (space limited, $50/afternoon, 27th and 28th)

A great Pre Season camp prior to the Indoor Season to be held indoors at the Colorado State University Fieldhouse in Ft. Collins Colorado! Vault from 10:00-12:30 27th and 28th and 10-1 the 29th (in a meet simulation). The 2nd session upgrade campers additionally vault from 12:30-2:00 on the 27th and 28th, and walk/drive next door for lunch (bring $ and dress warm). 2nd session is a unique chance to get personal attention and detailed video analysis of your vaulting (space limited). Inquire to be put on list.

Coaches: Pat Manson, John Carmony

Cost: $135 all 3 days or $50 per day
(2nd session upgrade add $50 each day upgraded, 27th and/or 28th)

Optional Elite Immersion camp for in or out of state campers, all inclusive. Inquire about it.

Schedule for Camp:

Thur 27th and Fri 28th Sat 29th
9:40 Arrive at CSU – Jog outside, Dress warm 9:40 Arrive at CSU – get ready
10am Doors Open 10am Doors Open
10am Start Session, Finish Warmup 10am Start Warmup and Drills
12:00 Afternoon campers break for lunch 10:30 Start mini Meet
12:30 Morning session ends afternoon starts 12:50 Meet ends
2pm Afternoon Session ends – leave 1:00pm camp ends – leave
