Looking to improve your jump in the off season? Want the opportunity to be trained by an Olympic pole vaulter? :D

Xtreme Athletics is offering a two day camp to improve your form an technique in the month of September! It's a great chance to meet other jumper and to keep in shape during the fall.

This camp will focus on fundamental skills training, vault sessions, and video analysis in our world class facility which includes:

*On site rooms for all campers
*Full service kitchen
*Hot tub to soak in after a long jump session
*Two runways/pits
*Cameras all around the pit to capture every possible angle of your jump

A focus on proper form and technique is the basis of all our camps and coaching sessions. Proper conditioning and weight training to improve the athlete's performance will be discussed as well as proper nutrition.

We carry a long list of ESSX poles and UCS Spirit Poles, however, campers can bring their own poles if they would like.
